How can a stress busting workshop help?
Each workshop comprises:
- some simple, relaxing exercises which can be done sitting at a desk
- working with the breath
- some general tips on how to recognise stressful situations before they become overwhelming
- how to work with stressful situations
Plus a one to one follow up session tailored to your individual circumstances if you feel that would be valuable.
When and where
Workshops will be conducted in small groups so that attendees will have more personal attention.
