Just wanted to thank you again for everything you did last year I really believe that the acupuncture helped balance my hormones and helped with the stress of the situation of trying for a baby.

I had suffered two miscarriages and was anxious about getting pregnant again in case it happened again. I had acupuncture sessions with Angela before trying to get pregnant again and I’m really glad I did as it helped me to relax and feel as if I could do something to help my body get ready for pregnancy. Angela focused on improving my blood flow to improve the chances of the pregnancy working out. She also gave me a relaxation CD to listen to to help me prepare myself mentally and emotionally. I am now 14 weeks pregnant and everything is going well. The past two pregnancies did not last beyond 8 weeks so I am feeling much more positive and would recommend acupuncture sessions with Angela to anyone in a similar situation.

I couldn’t recommend Worcester Acupuncture highly enough to anyone struggling to conceive or going through stressful IVF procedures. I was put quickly at ease and helped me to prepare mentally and physically for my fertility treatments. I’m sure it was a key factor in the success of my cycle as I felt more relaxed and positive after sessions

I was feeling ‘out of balance’ after my fall on the stairs.. The muscles had tensed up in my back to protect the injury –
So this was a lovely experience. When a skilled practitioner presses a point in your foot and you feel a small electric shock in your side…. So Bottom line – I’m a convert! It was SO gentle that I was urging her to ‘press harder’

But as enjoyable and relaxing as the session was – it was the buzz that I experienced in the car afterwards that was remarkable. I sat for over 30 minutes – completely motionless and let my body – put itself right. Felt buzzing – almost glowing. Fabulous !

Seeing Angela regularly for shiatsu and acupuncture has helped me immensely with the management of my long term health condition. She is a creative and flexible therapist and our sessions have a strong restorative effect, always leaving me feeling better and with a feeling of integration.

My migraines have improved significantly from most of the time to about once a month. They are also not so intense. I have been able to go back to work which is great.
